The Western North Carolina Agricultural Center is one of the finest multi-use facilities in America. It is state owned and operated and has become a national model for a well-designed, multi-purpose agricultural facility. Most weekends the Ag Center offers equestrian shows, dog shows, rodeos, motorcycle rallies, just to name a few. The Ag Center is home to the Mountain State Fair, a ten day celebration of mountain living featuring exhibits, animals, a midway and food.
