The Western North Carolina Agricultural Center is one of the finest multi-use facilities in America. It is owned and operated by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture & Consumer Serivces. The WNC Agricultural Center has become a national model for a well-designed, multi-purpose agricultural facility. Most weekends the Ag Center offers equestrian shows, dog shows, rodeos, motorcycle rallies, just to name a few. The facility includes the indoor McGough Arena, the covered J.Clayton Davis Arena, outside warmup rings, stall barns, livestock facility, and youth building.
